Sensory Qualities of Non-Dairy and Dairy Products Fortified with Aloe Oil: A Preliminary Study

Abstract: Aloe vera has several beneficial health effects as it interacts with probiotics and is also a source of prebiotics, antioxidants, and other bioactive materials.
