Abstract:The sensitivity and specificity of the unlabeled antibody-hemocyanin bridge method for immunoelectron microscopic localization of virion and cell surface antigens has been demonstrated using a hyperimmune serum to the Rauscher murine leukemia virus structural envelope glycoprotein (gp 70).
