Segurança alimentar de acadêmicos de uma universidade pública do estado do Piauí

Abstract: O estudo objetivou-se avaliar a segurança alimentar de universitários de uma universidade pública, sendo desenvolvido com 278 acadêmicos da instituição de ensino. Foi utilizado o questionário sociodemográfico e a EBIA, cujos dados analisados conforme os escores de referência da EBIA e, para associar a (in) segurança alimentar às características socioeconômicas da amostra, aplicou-se o teste de qui-quadrado de independência com correção de Rao-Scott, onde p < 0,05.
