Seasonality and edge effect determine herbivory risk according to different plant association models

Abstract: We report evidence of hierarchical resource selection by large herbivores and plant neighbouring effects in a Mediterranean ecosystem. Plant palatability was assessed according to herbivore foraging decisions.
