Abstract: OBJECTIVE:To evaluate user satisfaction with psychosocial healthcare services. METHODS:Qualitative and quantitative study conducted in psychosocial healthcare services in the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, Southern Brazil, in 2006.
