Abstract: BackgroundTocilizumab (TCZ), a humanized anti-IL-6 receptor antibody, represents a new treatment strategy for RA patients.Several studies have demonstrated the association between high serum levels of TNF-inhibitors and a good clinical response in patients with RA.
