“…) In vitro studies using human platelet-rich plasma provided evidence that salicylate might diminish the effect of acetylsalicylic acid on cyclooxygenase and platelet function (Ali & McDonald, 1979;Brantmark etal., 1981;Dahl et al, 1983).
