In addition, the principal components of plasma membrane bridge intracellular signals with extracellular messages (e.g., cytokines, hormones, and ligands), which exert profound influence on the regulation of cellular signaling networks. [3,4] Severe injuries in cytomembrane may cause acute pathologies and pose an instant threat to cell survival, owing to the vast change of intracellular landscape upon cytosolic leakage. [5,6] Specifically, the pervasive dyshomeostasis may give rise to deleterious proteolysis, calcium imbalance, and osmotic pressure, ultimately causing cell death. [7,8] Thus far, the disruption of cytomembrane integrity can be categorized into the following two approaches: chemical damage and physical disruption.
