Abstract: Everolimus displays antiproliferative effects on cancer cells, yields antiangiogenic activity in established tumours, and shows synergistic activity with paclitaxel in preclinical models. This study assessed the safety and the pharmacokinetic interactions of everolimus and paclitaxel in patients with advanced malignancies.
