Abstract: A articulação sacroilíaca , devido a sua anatomia, é uma articulação especial, podendo ser afetada por diversas patologias. As espondiloartropatias soronegativas são exemplos clássicos destes distúrbios.Aparentemente, a disfunção do sacroilíaco é uma disfunção biomecânica desta articulação e poderia ser uma causa de lombalgia.
