Rubicon prevents autophagic degradation of GATA4 to promote Sertoli cell function

Abstract: Autophagy degrades unnecessary proteins or damaged organelles to maintain cellular function. Therefore, autophagy has a preventive role against various diseases including hepatic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer.
