Павлова, рязань, российская Федерация 4 городской клинический родильный дом № 1, рязань, российская Федерация Цель: выявление факторов риска развития донозологических форм послеродовых гнойно-воспалительных заболеваний. Материал и методы: с целью выявления факторов риска были сформированы опытная и контрольная группы. В опытную группу включена 181 женщина с осложнениями послеродового периода (субинволюция матки, лохиометра). Контрольная группа сформирована путём механического отбора каждой пятидесятой истории родов пациенток без вышеуказанных осложнений, её численность составила 303 человека. Работа представляет собой ретроспективное исследование типа «случай-контроль». Результаты: выявлены следующие факторы риска развития донозологических форм послеродовых гнойно-воспалительных заболеваний: незарегистрированный брак; нерегулярное посещение женской консультации во время беременности; начало половой жизни до 18 лет; отсутствие образования; дородовая госпитализация более 1 суток; преэклампсия во время беременности; плацентарные нарушения во время беременности; первые роды; преэклампсия в родах; многоводие; нарушения родовой деятельности; родостимуляция; кесарево сечение; экстренное кесарево сечение; глубокий разрыв слизистой влагалища; анемия; раздельное пребывание матери и ребёнка. Заключение: большая часть выявленных факторов риска связана с течением беременности и родов. Ключевые слова: беременность, роды, факторы риска, послеродовый период.

We conducted the meta-analysis of morbidity by infections associated with giving medical care in hospitals of Russia. A total of 23 publications were included in the review, and random effects model by the maximum likelihood method was applied to summarize their results. High heterogeneity of sample estimates was revealed, which is apparently associated with different approaches to the identification and synthesis of cases. The highest morbidity rates were recorded among patients of emergency department and intensive care (353 ‰, 95 % CI = 268–439) and patients undergoing surgery on the abdominal organs (194, 163–224); infections of the bloodstream (36, 28–43 ‰), postoperative pneumonia (26, 22–31 ‰), PSI (purulent septic infections) of newborns (30, 27–32 ‰) and new mothers (23, 20–27 ‰) were less common.
