Reverse Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy Following Exploratory Laparotomy

Abstract: Reverse takotsubo cardiomyopathy is an uncommon cardiomyopathy characterized by reversible regional wall motion abnormalities in the basilar segment of the left ventricle. This happens in the absence of any coronary artery pathology.
