Results of Laparoscopic and Conventional Hernioplasty in Older Patients and Morphological Changes in the Tissues of the Inguinal Canal

Abstract: Objective: Comparative evaluation of the results of laparoscopic (LHP) and conventional (CHP) hernioplasty in older patients (OP) and assessment of morphological changes in the tissues of the inguinal canal. Methods: The results of surgical treatment of 88 OP with inguinal hernias were studied.
