Abstract: O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar a resposta imune humoral anti-Anaplasma marginale em búfalos (Bubalus bubalis) naturalmente infectados. Amostras de soro e de colostro/leite coletadas de búfalas adultas por um período de 335 dias após o parto e de soros dos seus bezerros do nascimento até 365 dias de vida, foram usadas para a realização do método ELISA indireto.
