Resource estimation in T20 cricket

Abstract: This paper investigates the suitability of the Duckworth-Lewis method as an approach to resetting targets in interrupted T20 cricket matches. Whereas the Duckworth-Lewis method has been adopted in both international T20 matches and in the Indian Premier League, there has been growing objections to its use in T20. In this paper, we develop methodology for the estimation of a resource table designed for T20 cricket.
