Residential satisfaction in gated communities

Abstract: Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to determine how satisfied homeowners are with their gated residences. Design/methodology/approach -This study starts out by examining the data collected through self-administered surveys to find out the satisfaction levels and motivations of homeowners toward their gated homes in the Klang Valley, Malaysia.
