Renal cell carcinoma with solitary metastases appearing during 18 years of follow-up

Abstract: Summary We present a case of renal cell carcinoma with solitary metastases to the thyroid, the post-nephrectomy scar and the lungs, appearing during an 18-year period following nephrectomy.
