“…The evidence of the adverse effect of cortisol on CMC is a clinical study that demonstrates that increased levels of the stress hormone (cortisol) are associated with increased levels of cardiospecific TnT ( Lazzarino et al, 2013 ). In addition, a number of researchers associate the increased high activity of the sympathoadrenal system with a larger size of the focus of myocardial necrosis in MI, the incidence of acute CVD and an unfavorable prognosis ( Manfredini et al, 2004 ; Arroyo Úcar et al, 2012 ; Fournier et al, 2014 ; Seneviratna et al, 2015 ; Roos and Holzmann, 2018 ; Chaulin, 2021 ; Chaulin and Duplyakov, 2021g ; Chaulin, 2021h ; Chaulin and Duplyakov, 2022 ; Mullova et al, 2022 ).…”

“…Эта разница оставалась статистически значимой после коррекции по полу и возрасту (21% vs 29%, p=0,03). Согласно многофакторному анализу, проведение ЧКВ во второй половине дня независимо увеличивает риск развития перипроцедурного ИМ (отношение шансов 2,0; 95% ДИ 1,1-3,4; р=0,02) [35].…”

“…A significantly lower risk of periprocedural MI was actually reported in 308 PS-matched pairs undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention if the procedure was performed in the morning instead of the afternoon. 16 Although there is accumulating evidence that the circadian system may affect cardiovascular disease processes, [17][18][19][20] this might not be evident in the context of surgical procedures. This could possibly be explained by the concept of an interruption of the melatonin-mediated biologic clock under the effect of anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass in the perioperative and 48-hour postoperative periods.…”
