Reduktion der Spottingrate nach laparoskopischer suprazervikaler Hysterektomie

Abstract: Fragestellung: Postoperatives Spotting tritt in bis zu 25 % nach suprazervikalen Hysterektomien auf und wird von den Patientinnen häufig als störend empfunden. In der vorliegenden Studie untersuchen wir, ob die Spottingrate durch ein konusförmiges endoskopisches Aushöhlen des Zervikalkanals mit nachfolgender Verödung des restlichen Zervikalkanals im Vergleich zum geraden Absetzen reduziert werden kann und welche Auswirkungen dies auf die Stumpfinfektrate hat.
