Clinical decision support systems (CDSS) are developed independently or connected to the electronic health record (EHR) or other computerized systems. The study begins with identification by searching the literature through the Google Scholar, PubMed and ScienceDirect databases. The search results obtained 5,595 articles. Forty-two articles were obtained, which were used further. Most of the research focus is on "CDSS development and evaluation". In terms of impacts, the most common is "reduce prescribing errors". One of the biggest problems reported was the presence of "alert fatigue," which was felt to be disturbing to doctors and pharmacists. CDSS must be supported by a method that is able to indicate the presence of drug-drug interactions (DDI). The use of alerts indicating the presence of a DDI should be interpreted using clinical judgment to determine the risks and benefits of a particular drug for a specific patient. The performance of CDSS is mostly reported to have been able to reduce prescribing errors, which in turn will improve patient safety. However, increased adherence to clinical protocols has not been widely reported. Complaints that are still quite a lot reported are the presence of "alert fatigue", which can interfere with effectiveness.

Ketogenic diet therapy (KDT) is a nonpharmacological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective in reducing seizures in patients with drug‐resistant epilepsy. As the majority of patients on KDT are also receiving anti‐seizure medications (ASMs), questions about their combination often arise. KDT is typically implemented as an add‐on, and not a substitute for ASMs. Drug monitoring and specific laboratory studies may be helpful in specific cases of cotherapy. Valproate, topiramate, zonisamide, and lamotrigine may be potentially problematic with KDT, but the evidence for this is not conclusive. ASM reduction is usually attempted after 1 month of KDT if a child is showing seizure reduction (but weaning ASMs does not require seizure freedom). Failure to wean an ASM does not mean KDT has failed and adding a new ASM may be beneficial in those cases after several months of KDT fine‐tuning. The purpose of this review was to discuss the evidence for possible negative (or positive) pharmacodynamic interactions between KDT and ASMs. In addition, practical suggestions for the weaning or adding of ASMs in patients on KDT are provided.

The Jaipong dance is one of the traditional Indonesian dances, the nation's cultural heritage originating from West Java. Introducing dance to elementary school-level children is one way to maintain and preserve regional culture. However, the limited learning time causes the material to be delivered less in-depth, so students feel bored, lose motivation, and get some critical information from the material. This study aims to build a mobile-based learning application for Jaipong dance learning activities at the elementary school level using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The application evaluation involved fifteen public elementary school students in Ciamis, West Java. Participants were asked to answer a quantitative survey using the Quality Use Integrated Measurement (QUIM) instrument to discover their experience using the application during Jaipong dance lessons. The test results get an average score of 91%, included in the "excellent" category. These results were strengthened by the user's understanding of the Jaipong dance. As many as 86.7% of users who use the Jaipong dance learning application understand the material well. In contrast, only 33.3% of YouTube users understand the material well. This paper shows that the UCD method contributes to the design process according to the needs and characteristics of the user to design the user interface of the Jaipong dance learning application.
