Abstract: O objetivo do estudo foi determinar o perfil de risco e fatores associados à fragilidade em idosos da comunidade. A população-fonte constituiu-se de indivíduos com 65 anos ou mais, residentes nos bairros da zona norte da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, e clientes de uma operadora de saúde.
