Red Fluorescent Eu(TTA)3BIP Complex and Its Application in Blue Light‐Reducing Film

Abstract: In this work, a Eu(TTA)3BIP complex with a novel structure was synthesized and characterized. The Eu(TTA)3BIP complex has a wide excitation band and can be excited by light in the ultraviolet and blue regions. The characteristic red light of Eu(III) is emitted when the complex is excited. The use of the 2‐(Pyrimidin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazole (BIP) ligand improved the UV resistance of the complex.
