Abstract:Myelodysplastic syndromes are a heterogeneous group of hematological diseases, characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis with risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.
They can be associated to autoimmune manifestations in 10-30% of patients, appearing before, during or after the diagnosis of the hematological disorder.
