Abstract: Psoriasis is a multifactorial-chronic-inflammatory skin disease, characterized by erythemato-squamous lesions, with a chronic relapsing course and significant systemic comorbidities (arthritis, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases). 1,2 Erythrodermic psoriasis (EP), has a prevalence of 1% to 2.25% among psoriatic population. 3 EP is characterized by cutaneous redness, tending to purple, scaling, edema, pruritus, occasionally exudative lesions and diffuse desquamation, covering more than 90% of body surface.
