Abstract: Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) is manifested with fever, lymphadenopathy, eosinophilia, and a morbilliform rash 2 to 6 weeks after drug initiation. 1 We report the successful treatment regimen for a case of recalcitrant minocycline-induced DRESS in a 15-year-old characterized by prominent pneumonitis, hepatitis, and myositis with development of a positive antinuclear antibody (ANA).
