Rare Case of Primary Extranodal Non-Hodgkin Diffuse Aggressive Large B-Cell Lymphoma (Dlbcl) of Gi Tract and Skeletal Muscles Masquerading as Pseudo-Hematomas and Vte

Abstract: The diagnosis of primary extranodal lymphoma can be challenging. Herein we present a case of DLBCL, a histologic subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, presenting as multiorgan failure. CASE PRESENTATION: A 67-year-old gentleman was admitted to the ICU with multiorgan failure and lactic acidosis. He reported a few months' history of dark stools, diarrhea, fatigue, night sweats, weight loss and dysuria with sterile urine cultures. He had a normal colonoscopy 4 years prior.
