“…Alteraciones del patrón de perfusión sistémico, representado por los cambios en el FVCS que acontecen en las primeras horas de vida, han sido asociados a la fisiopatología de isquemia-reperfusión que antecede al desarrollo de la hemorragia intraventricular adquirida postnatal, tal y como sugieren anteriores estudios (Kluckow y Evans 2000).
