Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Study of Tolcapone in Patients With Fluctuating Parkinson Disease Treated With Levodopa-Carbidopa

Abstract: Tolcapone was well tolerated and substantially increased on time and reduced off time in patients with fluctuating Parkinson disease. Additionally, levodopa requirements were significantly decreased.
