Abstract: Successful catheter ablation for a patient with both Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome and sustained atrial tachycardia has not been reported. Wedescribe a patient with Wolff-ParkinsonWhite syndrome associated with sustained atrial tachycardia, in whoman atrioventricular accessory pathway and an intra-atrial reentrant circuit were successfully ablated in a single session.
