Quelques aspects de la connaissance par l'analyse thermique, des residus d'evaporation de solutions mixtes d'hydrogenocarbonates de calcium et de magnesium

Abstract: The difficulties in the study of residues of evaporation of mixed solutions of Ca(HCO3) 2 and Mg(HCO3) ~ by thermal analytical methods are due to the behaviour of the individual magnesium compounds, and in particular of hydromagnesite. The complexity of the diagrams recorded increases with the heating rate; for instance, from a single-step loss of C02 to a two-step loss.
