Quality of Life (QoL) assessment in a cohort of patients with Phenylketonuria

Abstract: BackgroundPhenylketonuria (PKU) is a chronic inborn error of amino acid metabolism that requires lifelong follow-up and intervention, which may represent strains on Quality of Life (QoL).
