Abstract: Qualidade de ovos de consumo submetidos a diferentes condições de armazenamento[ RESUMOVerificou-se a qualidade interna de ovos de consumo armazenados sob diferentes condições, utilizando-se 768 ovos, provenientes de galinhas Hy-line com 40 semanas de idade.
