Pyostomatitis Vegetans With Orofacial and Vulvar Granulomatosis in a Pediatric Patient

Abstract: Pyostomatitis vegetans (PSV) is a rare disorder strongly associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), most commonly ulcerative colitis, but has infrequently been found in patients with Crohn disease (CD).
