“…In rare instances, some abnormalities have been reported in association with PEODDN. Neurological disorders (seizures, hemiparesis and deafness), musculo‐skeletal abnormalities (scoliosis), congenital symmetrical palmoplantar keratoderma since birth, unilateral breast hypoplasia and developmental delay 6–9 have been described. None of our patients had systemic associated symptoms, so we think that the association with extracutaneous disease is uncommon.…”

The main features of these 18 cases together with those of our case, which also fulfils the criteria of PEODDN, are summarized inTable 1 [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]. The case reported by Marsden et al as comedone naevus of the palm demonstrated the same histological features as PEODDN and therefore has been categorized as such.…”
