Pullulan for Advanced Sustainable Body- and Skin-Contact Applications

Abstract: The present review had the aim of describing the methodologies of synthesis and properties of biobased pullulan, a microbial polysaccharide investigated in the last decade because of its interesting potentialities in several applications.
