Abstract: Summary Psoriasis is an incurable chronic inflammatory skin disorder. The imiquimod (IMQ)-induced mouse model of psoriasis is the most widely used model for drug discovery and pre-clinical studies of psoriasis. The inflamed and thickened skin frequently compromises the quality of single-cell suspensions generated from IMQ-induced skin lesions, which has an impact on subsequent analyses by flow cytometry.
