Prospects for Improving the Constitutional and Legal Interaction of Legislative and Executive Authorities in the Aspect of Reforming the Constitution of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of reforming the Constitution of the Russian Federation in terms of constructing an optimal mechanism for interaction between authorities and increasing the powers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The author's opinions on the issue of improving the powers of state authorities at both the federal and regional levels of government are presented.
