Abstract: Planning activities refer to the identification of problems. Planning is very necessary to be able to do the proccess. Implementation is a real activity carried out to improve or enhance the ability of educators. At the end of the supervision an evaluation is carried out, this is done to determine the objectives that have been achieved. Research methods by collecting study materials related to educationnal supervision.
