Progressive disseminated histoplasmosis in HIV-positive patients

Abstract: Background: Histoplasmosis is the most common endemic mycosis among people living with advanced HIV infection. Purpose: Describe general aspects and challenges of this disease and its association with HIV. Research Design: Review of literature.
