Abstract: ResumoO presente artigo se origina de pesquisa que abordou o Programa Um Computador por Aluno (Prouca), compreendido como política pública para a inclusão digital via ambiente escolar que está alinhada a diretrizes econômicas internacionais de ordem neoliberal.
