Profiling cell envelope-antibiotic interactions reveals vulnerabilities to β-lactams in a multidrug-resistant bacterium

Abstract: The cell envelope of the Gram-negative Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc) presents unique restrictions to antibiotic penetration.
