Abstract: A new swirling airflow finishing process is put forward mainly for hole surface. Flows field analysis is done through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Abrasive velocity along axis length according to nozzle elevation and abrasive diameter are shown. Unthreaded hole is experimented on the basis of simulation.
