Abstract:The paper analyzes the climatic seasonal variability of the atmospheric pressure field in the Arctic region of Russia. The main research method is the probabilistic and statistical analysis of the time series of the pressure field recorded at fixed points for 60 years long from 1948 to 2008 in the Arctic zone of Russia.
