Prevalence of Age-Related Macular Degeneration in Europe

Abstract: PurposeAge-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a frequent, complex disorder in elderly of European ancestry. Risk profiles and treatment options have changed considerably over the years, which may have affected disease prevalence and outcome.
