The samples were characterized by powder XRD (DX-2700B X-ray diffractometer, Cu Kα, λ = 1.54184 Å, China), FT-IR (Bruker Vertex 70 IR spectrometer, 4000-400 cm -1 , Germany) and FE-SEM (SU8010, 3.0 kV, Japan).
