Preceptorship vs. clinical models of learning: The experiences of Bahraini nursing students

Abstract: Background: Different models of teaching and learning are used to produce competent skilled clinical nurses. Some are traditional clinical teaching methods while others are grounded in preceptorship principles of mentoring.
