Abstract: Background: Adjuvant cisplatin-based chemotherapy has been shown to improve survival in patients with resected NSCLC; however, compliance with chemotherapy has been problematic. Carboplatin (C) is better tolerated than cisplatin, and carboplatin-based treatment may improve adjuvant chemotherapy compliance.
