Abstract: Hemodynamic problems resulting from cardiac arrhythmias often occur in patients undergoing coronary bypass grafting in the early postoperative period. Therefore, in this study the antiarrhythmic effects of the calcium channel antagonist diltiazem were evaluated in coronary bypass grafting.
