Posterior scleral application of a mitomycin C-soaked sponge during trabeculectomy

Abstract: AIM: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of posterior scleral application (a modified technique) of an antimetabolite mitomycin C-soaked sponge in trabeculectomy for patients with glaucoma.
